You have 18 months from the start of the first course to complete this segment.

In Ontario, you need to complete pre-registration education courses and examinations prior to applying for registration with RECO.

Effective September 2019, pre-registration education courses will be delivered by Humber College on behalf of RECO.

The Pre-Registration Learning Path is the first phase of RECO’s Real Estate Education Programs offered by Humber College. Learners must complete this first phase before applying for registration with RECO.

Learners will need to complete an application on Humber’s Real Estate Programs website. Applications are open and courses will begin in September 2019.
