When I first called Pete back in 1999, he spent countless hours understanding my needs and preferences to find me the right home. He made himself available many evenings and weekends and researched the market. He brought me to new listings before other agents, allowing me to get the jump on everyone else! 17 years later when the time came to move, Pete and Sue were first on my list to contact about the sale of my home. He answered every question set us up with an amazing mortgage broker and then he went on the hunt for the perfect house. Within hours he was already calling us about places he had found. Agent(s):I first want to start off by saying that both Pete LeBlanc and Sue LeBlanc were an absolute pleasure to work with! When I first called Pete to introduce myself and request his assistance in finding a home, he spent a lengthy amount of time with me to confirm what I was looking for. This made us feel very important. While on the phone, he brought up several of the homes that I had my eye on and went through the listing with me. This was very helpful and made us feel very important. Both Sue and Pete pointed out several things, both negative and positive, about the homes we looked at. This made us feel that Pete and Sue were truly trying to find us a home that would work for us, not just make a sale. On a couple of occasions, Pete had mentioned that he did not think we should buy the house that we were viewing and that we could get a lot more for our money elsewhere. He made sure that we were not settling and was encouraging us to continue with the search for our perfect home. He was very helpful in noticing things that were wrong with a house. As first time homebuyers, my partner and I were not familiar with or would not have noticed some of these deficiencies. Pete and Sue were very punctual and accommodating. They would respond by text message in a timely manner and phone calls were always picked up, no voice mails needed. Anytime we requested to see a home, they were willing to accommodate the request, even if it was last minute. They are both very easy to talk to and outgoing. Overall, we certainly will be using Pete and Sue in the future. They are helpful, accommodating, punctual and truly are good people. You can tell that they are looking out for your best interest, and NOT just trying to make a sale. Thank you Pete and Sue!

Any messages by phone or email were returned in a timely manner. They were always polite and knowledgeable and should they not have an immediate answer, they found out the answer and let us know. When searching for our new home we did a rather wide search in and around the outskirts of a large city and it was never “out of their way” to go and “have a look”.
