Joyce’s communication skills are second to none and she keeps in touch on a frequent basis.  She sold my house in a short time, in spite of a poor economy at the time.

In our experience, Team Beckett is very aptly named – a true team for sure!  Each person has a unique role and together, they function as a super efficient machine.  At the same time, they are able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and approach ability.  Sheri’s response time was always above our expectations.  Joy’s attention to detail when viewing prospective properties was invaluable.  And Terry’s knowledge of the market and overall industry gave us confidence as we relied heavily on his advice and guidance while making important decisions through the process.  We were particularly impressed with the volume of information and detail they provided to us.  They presented several options we could consider as we planned whether or not to sell or rent a property and purchase another.  Of the three agents we interviewed, it was obvious to us that they had spent the most time researching and preparing their presentation.

Blair Patton has been our Realtor for over 10 years!  He has helped our growing family find what we needed every time. Having dealt with Joyce Byrne and her team in the past, we were not at all surprised to receive the excellent level of service we’ve come to expect!  Energetic and attentive to detail, Joyce raises the bar of service in a time when other realtors provide only the minimum amount of effort required.

An acquaintance of ours who was bitter about the lack of service he’d received elsewhere was blown away by the extra touches provided to us through Joyce.  Things such as school/mall/area information, feature cards, contacting our lawyer for us, providing listings of things to do before we move, and business cards of folks we could trust to prepare our house for sale, to name just a few.

Team Beckett, Terry, Sheri, Terry and Joy, all have their specialized work in the buying, selling process, truly a team effort, were so easy to work with. My wife and I interviewed them to see if they were the right Realtors for us. The interview lasted a good hour and within 5 minutes upon completion we knew they were the ones.

We have had several Realtors over the years but Team Beckett are over and above all of the others by far. They are honest, respectful, hard working, considerate, reliable, prompt and very knowledgeable of the market. We could contact them any time of the day and receive a quick response.
