We cannot thank Blair enough in helping us find our perfect first home! While working with Blair, he listened to what we wanted and found us exactly that. We have been living in our new home now for 5 months and are still over the moon with our decision. 
Blair was extremely friendly and personable which made working with him really enjoyable. He was on the ball and sent us possible choices with a follow up text message as soon as they were on the market. He was always free to go see houses within a days notice, sometimes even within the same day! This was really helpful with such a hot market and our difficult schedules. We really appreciated his willingness to help and talk at all hours of the day. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions but Blair made us feel so supported and explained everything with ease and confidence.

For us, as first time home buyers, the experience with TeamBeckett was smooth and enjoyable. We always hoped we might someday work with Terry and Sheri, as we have long been associated with them, both as friends and within the church community. They were professional in every aspect, informing us about the process upfront and every step of the way. I would really like to thank all the members of Team Beckett and all their help and support they gave me when it came to selling my house.  Team Beckett should consider changing their name to family Beckett Real Estate because it felt more like dealing with an extension of your own family.  I was invited in to their home and immediately felt like a member of the family instead of a client.  Both Terry’s were extremely professional and really explained the whole process of selling a house.  They explained everything from current market trends, evaluations and projections.  They answered all of my questions and I truly felt I made the right decision going forward with team Beckett.  Terry Sr was amazing helping me navigate the negotiation process, and Sheri was superb keeping me updated with the whole sales process.  They really made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident.  I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for an elite real estate team.  I would definitely give Team Beckett two huge thumbs up!!
