I just wanted to take the time to share a bit about our experience with doing business with your team. You came recommended to us through a friend at work that you had helped previously. This individual was excited to point us in your direction, as he was so pleased with his experience with your team. Now that we are settled into our new home, we can easily relate.Our mission was to sell our home in Ancaster and purchase a new home in the Woodstock area. Your team agreed to help us with this no matter how long it took. Clearly, you were true to your word as it took nearly 2 years to complete this mission.

In that time, we viewed countless homes and made 3 attempts at properties of choice. Although we were not successful in 2 of our 3 attempts, I feel your team worked to put us in the best position possible for success. We found the experience of your team very well rounded. As we were unsure if we would buy new or not, it was nice to have a team with such a wide range of experience. We had Sheri who would be able to help us through a new build purchase should we have decided to go that route. It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4^th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home. Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result. For us, as first time home buyers, the experience with TeamBeckett was smooth and enjoyable. We always hoped we might someday work with Terry and Sheri, as we have long been associated with them, both as friends and within the church community. They were professional in every aspect, informing us about the process upfront and every step of the way. I especially appreciated Sheri going through the paperwork for the offer, explaining each item, one at a time. I appreciated Terry’s knowledge and advice, which he gave freely as he helped us weight out the pros and cons of each property.
