In our past experiences of working with various real estate agents we have been consistently disappointed with what appeared to be a lack of care and attention to detail that you would expect from somebody handling such a large transaction on your behalf. When buying with others, we felt that we were doing most of the legwork and when selling a property it felt like there was little guidance behind the pricing that was set and no selling strategy whatsoever. As a result, we had never used the same individual more than once as we continued to search for the right partner with each new real estate transaction.
We knew that we had found a different kind of team from the first time the Becketts stepped into the home we were planning on selling. Opening every drawer, looking at every aspect of the house, taking pictures and making notes…it was clear they were prepared to do their homework. After the initial viewing of the home we met for several hours reviewing the incredible amount of data they have available to them to set an appropriate selling price based on historical figures, the inventory currently being offered in the market, and the optimal price range for our target customer.
