I just wanted to take the time to share a bit about our experience with doing business with your team. You came recommended to us through a friend at work that you had helped previously. This individual was excited to point us in your direction, as he was so pleased with his experience with your team. Now that we are settled into our new home, we can easily relate.Our mission was to sell our home in Ancaster and purchase a new home in the Woodstock area. Your team agreed to help us with this no matter how long it took. Clearly, you were true to your word as it took nearly 2 years to complete this mission.

In that time, we viewed countless homes and made 3 attempts at properties of choice. Although we were not successful in 2 of our 3 attempts, I feel your team worked to put us in the best position possible for success. We found the experience of your team very well rounded. As we were unsure if we would buy new or not, it was nice to have a team with such a wide range of experience. We had Sheri who would be able to help us through a new build purchase should we have decided to go that route. We had Terry with his vast knowledge of construction, building code, mechanical systems and real estate as a whole. It was always so reassuring to have you around Terry to ensure no stone was unturned with the properties in which we showed strong interest. It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4^th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home. Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result. “My wife and I recommend Joyce and her team without reservations.

Joyce worked closely with us over several months, helping us negotiate the purchase of anew home (presently being built) and the sale of our current home (currently being packed!).

After we decided to work with a builder on our new home, Joyce accompanied us to meetings with the builder and kept very detailed notes that assisted with drawing up the final contract.

After our offer was accepted and we were preparing to put our current home on the market (as well as pack for a family vacation), the builder contacted Joyce to inform her of a problem with building the home we wanted on the lot we selected-it was not going to work. We were faced with the prospect of starting our new home search from scratch, putting the brakes on listing our current home, and a rough start to our vacation. Joyce worked with the builders and a few hours later called back to present a potential solution that we were very happy with! We got the home we wanted in the development we wanted, we got to list our house, and we got to enjoy our vacation.

As an added bonus, Joyce sold our house while we were on vacation.

The number of ways Joyce helped us with the sale of our home are too numerous to discuss in detail, but I will list a few.

First, Joyce showed us a number of homes in our area that had recently sold, as well as homes that were listed but had yet to sell, to assist us with establishing the price we felt reflected the value of our home.

Second, Joyce arranged for a complimentary pre-sale home inspection, allowing ample opportunity for us to fix any noted deficiencies.

Third, a Stager, that is affiliated with Joyce’s team visited our home and sent us a report with specific suggestions for how to organize and decorate our home to optimize the presentation of the property.

Fourth, Joyce contacted a cleaning company for us and provided them access to our home prior to it being available for showing to prospective buyers while we were away on family vacation.

Fifth, Joyce kept in close contact with us via email and phone while we were away on vacation, providing feedback on the open house and other showings (the house was shown about 80 times in a week). She also checked our mail for us while we were away.

Sixth, after the sale of our home (after being on the market for about 2 weeks in total) Joyce and her team have provided a great deal of useful information to assist with the closing and our move.

Overall, we are very happy with the professional service provided by Joyce and her team.”

“We had worked with the Becketts previously so when we decided to look into an investment property, we reached out to them again. They took the time to go over different investment options with us, and helped us figure out which
type of property (and tenant) would be ideal for our specific situation.
