Recently, my partner and I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Joy Paul and Team Beckett to find and purchase our house. It took us 2 months and approximately 25 walk throughs to find our perfect home. The team were amazingly supportive and had the utmost patience with us, constantly giving us reassurance that the right house would come along, however discouraged we became. They sent us new prospective homes meeting the criteria we had outlined almost every day for weeks, and were always a call or text away to answer questions, book appointments, or just to discuss new needs or concerns. Their customer first attitude and overall knowledge of the industry gave us the confidence we needed in our realtor to ultimately become the owners of the house of our dreams. We hope to never leave this home, but in the future, for any real estate needs, we will definitely be calling on Team Beckett, and we recommend everyone else do the same!

Ty, you did a wonderful, professional job for us. You listened while we figured out what we wanted. You showed us some excellent prospects that provided perspective, you were patient and careful with our time, and you brought a lot of local knowledge that we badly needed in terms of local values and conditions (I remember your caution about sewage issues on ____________, and other examples). Finally, in the case of ______Rd, you guided us to a successful negotiation (that seems to have made all parties happy)….. My best advice is “keep doing what you are doing” ! We would recommend you in a heartbeat !

We were fortunate enough to have Blair as our Realtor. We were first time home buyers and he was very knowledgeable and helped explain the process in terms we could understand. Blair did a great job finding listings quick and efficiently to ensure we could see all the houses that we wanted. He would rearrange his schedule to accommodate us, even driving out of town. With Blair’s help we were lucky to find a house that fit all the criteria we were looking for. We will definitely use Blair again when we buy our next house!
