  • When I was looking at places with you last year Ty had mentioned purchasing gift cards for your tenants at Christmas time. I took your idea and bought a couple gift cards and the tenants seemed to love it!! Inexpensive and pretty simple, but they felt it was very thoughtful and like you said…how many landlords give tenants gifts??
    All is well with the properties so far, I really appreciate the education you helped provide me in 2018…nothing beats the gift of knowledge.
