In our past experiences of working with various real estate agents we have been consistently disappointed with what appeared to be a lack of care and attention to detail that you would expect from somebody handling such a large transaction on your behalf. When buying with others, we felt that we were doing most of the legwork and when selling a property it felt like there was little guidance behind the pricing that was set and no selling strategy whatsoever.
