Selling my parents’ house was the easiest part of the estate process, thanks to Team Beckett. After considering other agents’ advice as to the target price and type of buyer, I placed my bet on Terry Beckett, and I am so glad I did! He formulated a sales strategy that worked for my situation. For a little more money he could advertise widely and build momentum. Terry delivered on every promise, as did the family team. Like a well-oiled machine Sheri handled the phone calls, Joy wrote a very appealing property description, Terry E.W. filled in where needed. With an open house and multiple realtors bringing over 70 diverse clients, 10 great offers were made and a the house was sold. I am still pinching myself!
