We cannot thank Blair enough in helping us find our perfect first home! While working with Blair, he listened to what we wanted and found us exactly that. We have been living in our new home now for 5 months and are still over the moon with our decision. 
Blair was extremely friendly and personable which made working with him really enjoyable. He was on the ball and sent us possible choices with a follow up text message as soon as they were on the market. He was always free to go see houses within a days notice, sometimes even within the same day! This was really helpful with such a hot market and our difficult schedules. I just wanted to take the time to share a bit about our experience with doing business with your team. You came recommended to us through a friend at work that you had helped previously. This individual was excited to point us in your direction, as he was so pleased with his experience with your team. Now that we are settled into our new home, we can easily relate.Our mission was to sell our home in Ancaster and purchase a new home in the Woodstock area. Your team agreed to help us with this no matter how long it took. Clearly, you were true to your word as it took nearly 2 years to complete this mission.

In that time, we viewed countless homes and made 3 attempts at properties of choice. Although we were not successful in 2 of our 3 attempts, I feel your team worked to put us in the best position possible for success. We found the experience of your team very well rounded. As we were unsure if we would buy new or not, it was nice to have a team with such a wide range of experience. We had Sheri who would be able to help us through a new build purchase should we have decided to go that route. We had Terry with his vast knowledge of construction, building code, mechanical systems and real estate as a whole. It was always so reassuring to have you around Terry to ensure no stone was unturned with the properties in which we showed strong interest. It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4^th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home. Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result. It is becoming clear that Sweaburg is indeed a close nit neighborhood and people seem to look out for each other here.We are happy to be in a safe and friendly place for Nora to grow up. Real estate is actually more a battle than a business.  Doing it yourself is like going unarmed and a poor agent is just as bad.  Terry and Sheri are the equivalent of having a commando team protecting and fighting for you.  They take their business seriously and are better prepared at all times.  They will out research and out negotiate the other side every time.  Even when put in a position of thinking on their feet they will ask the right questions and get the right answers.  We knew more about the house than the listing agents and even the home inspection showed no surprises Terry hadn’t already caught.  They are just that good.

Some agents may not be worth their commissions.  I have to say in all honesty I really believed that was always the case.  Terry and Sheri proved me wrong.  The advantage they provided having them on our side proved well worth it.  I would and have highly recommended them to others looking to win the real estate battle with fewer bruises .  If you have any questions about our experience feel free to contact me
