It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home.     Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result.
