For us, as first time home buyers, the experience with TeamBeckett was smooth and enjoyable. We always hoped we might someday work with Terry and Sheri, as we have long been associated with them, both as friends and within the church community. They were professional in every aspect, informing us about the process upfront and every step of the way. I especially appreciated Sheri going through the paperwork for the offer, explaining each item, one at a time. I appreciated Terry’s knowledge and advice, which he gave freely as he helped us weight out the pros and cons of each property. They both were very responsive and communicated well , including giving reminders when necessary. Team Beckett, Terry, Sheri, Terry and Joy, all have their specialized work in the buying, selling process, truly a team effort, were so easy to work with. My wife and I interviewed them to see if they were the right Realtors for us. The interview lasted a good hour and within 5 minutes upon completion we knew they were the ones.

We have had several Realtors over the years but Team Beckett are over and above all of the others by far. They are honest, respectful, hard working, considerate, reliable, prompt and very knowledgeable of the market. We could contact them any time of the day and receive a quick response.

Team Beckett were willing to show us any house we wanted to see, fitting us into their busy schedules. They were very thorough in all aspects of the job from marketing your house, looking at houses, pointing out the good and bad points of the house, to filling out ALL the paperwork involved in real estate.

Buying and selling is a very stressful process but they walked us through it, making it so much easier.

We would definitely work with Team Beckett again, if and when the need arises, and would highly recommend Team Beckett to anyone that has interest in buying or selling a home.
