Team Beckett, Terry, Sheri, Terry and Joy, all have their specialized work in the buying, selling process, truly a team effort, were so easy to work with. My wife and I interviewed them to see if they were the right Realtors for us. The interview lasted a good hour and within 5 minutes upon completion we knew they were the ones.

We have had several Realtors over the years but Team Beckett are over and above all of the others by far. They are honest, respectful, hard working, considerate, reliable, prompt and very knowledgeable of the market. We could contact them any time of the day and receive a quick response.

Team Beckett were willing to show us any house we wanted to see, fitting us into their busy schedules. They were very thorough in all aspects of the job from marketing your house, looking at houses, pointing out the good and bad points of the house, to filling out ALL the paperwork involved in real estate.

Buying and selling is a very stressful process but they walked us through it, making it so much easier.

We would definitely work with Team Beckett again, if and when the need arises, and would highly recommend Team Beckett to anyone that has interest in buying or selling a home.

You showed us some excellent prospects that provided perspective, you were patient and careful with our time, and you brought a lot of local knowledge that we badly needed in terms of local values and conditions (I remember your caution about sewage issues on ____________, and other examples). Finally, in the case of ______Rd, you guided us to a successful negotiation (that seems to have made all parties happy)….. My best advice is “keep doing what you are doing” ! Recently, my partner and I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Joy Paul and Team Beckett to find and purchase our house. It took us 2 months and approximately 25 walk throughs to find our perfect home. We’ve come to learn that without their consistency, knowledge, and genuine thoughtfulness we would have been at a lose.
