We were fortunate enough to have Blair as our Realtor. We were first time home buyers and he was very knowledgeable and helped explain the process in terms we could understand. Blair did a great job finding listings quick and efficiently to ensure we could see all the houses that we wanted. He would rearrange his schedule to accommodate us, even driving out of town. I was very pleased and impressed by how much work Joyce did prepping and staging the house.  She made sure the house sold quickly and paid attention to our request for the closing date and any other requirements I had.

I liked getting all the hint pages explaining each phase of selling process and what to expect.  Most impressive was her guidance through the offers, where she describing each one and how to approach them.
