We have used Team Beckett several times to purchase properties over the past 4 years. Sheri and Terry are both amazing to work with. They bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Recently we purchased our new forever home through Team Beckett and sold our current home. I just wanted to take the time to share a bit about our experience with doing business with your team. You came recommended to us through a friend at work that you had helped previously. This individual was excited to point us in your direction, as he was so pleased with his experience with your team. Now that we are settled into our new home, we can easily relate.Our mission was to sell our home in Ancaster and purchase a new home in the Woodstock area. Your team agreed to help us with this no matter how long it took. Clearly, you were true to your word as it took nearly 2 years to complete this mission.

In that time, we viewed countless homes and made 3 attempts at properties of choice. Although we were not successful in 2 of our 3 attempts, I feel your team worked to put us in the best position possible for success. We found the experience of your team very well rounded. As we were unsure if we would buy new or not, it was nice to have a team with such a wide range of experience. We had Sheri who would be able to help us through a new build purchase should we have decided to go that route. We had Terry with his vast knowledge of construction, building code, mechanical systems and real estate as a whole. It was always so reassuring to have you around Terry to ensure no stone was unturned with the properties in which we showed strong interest. It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4^th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home. Thank you Team Beckett for helping us effectively complete our mission.Jenni and I would most definitely recommend your team to any of our friends and family who are looking for excellent professional help in real estate. Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result. It is becoming clear that Sweaburg is indeed a close nit neighborhood and people seem to look out for each other here.We are happy to be in a safe and friendly place for Nora to grow up. I would really like to thank all the members of Team Beckett and all their help and support they gave me when it came to selling my house.  Team Beckett should consider changing their name to family Beckett Real Estate because it felt more like dealing with an extension of your own family.  I was invited in to their home and immediately felt like a member of the family instead of a client.  Both Terry’s were extremely professional and really explained the whole process of selling a house.  They explained everything from current market trends, evaluations and projections.  They answered all of my questions and I truly felt I made the right decision going forward with team Beckett.  Terry Sr was amazing helping me navigate the negotiation process, and Sheri was superb keeping me updated with the whole sales process.  They really made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident.  I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for an elite real estate team.  I would definitely give Team Beckett two huge thumbs up!!

Having dealt with Joyce Byrne and her team in the past, we were not at all surprised to receive the excellent level of service we’ve come to expect!  Energetic and attentive to detail, Joyce raises the bar of service in a time when other realtors provide only the minimum amount of effort required.

An acquaintance of ours who was bitter about the lack of service he’d received elsewhere was blown away by the extra touches provided to us through Joyce.  Things such as school/mall/area information, feature cards, contacting our lawyer for us, providing listings of things to do before we move, and business cards of folks we could trust to prepare our house for sale, to name just a few.
