I would really like to thank all the members of Team Beckett and all their help and support they gave me when it came to selling my house.  Team Beckett should consider changing their name to family Beckett Real Estate because it felt more like dealing with an extension of your own family.  I was invited in to their home and immediately felt like a member of the family instead of a client.  Both Terry’s were extremely professional and really explained the whole process of selling a house.  They explained everything from current market trends, evaluations and projections.  They answered all of my questions and I truly felt I made the right decision going forward with team Beckett.  Terry Sr was amazing helping me navigate the negotiation process, and Sheri was superb keeping me updated with the whole sales process.  They really made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident.  I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for an elite real estate team.  I would definitely give Team Beckett two huge thumbs up!!

Team Beckett, Terry, Sheri, Terry and Joy, all have their specialized work in the buying, selling process, truly a team effort, were so easy to work with. My wife and I interviewed them to see if they were the right Realtors for us. The interview lasted a good hour and within 5 minutes upon completion we knew they were the ones.

We have had several Realtors over the years but Team Beckett are over and above all of the others by far. They are honest, respectful, hard working, considerate, reliable, prompt and very knowledgeable of the market. We could contact them any time of the day and receive a quick response.

Team Beckett were willing to show us any house we wanted to see, fitting us into their busy schedules. They were very thorough in all aspects of the job from marketing your house, looking at houses, pointing out the good and bad points of the house, to filling out ALL the paperwork involved in real estate.

Buying and selling is a very stressful process but they walked us through it, making it so much easier.

We were fortunate enough to have Blair as our Realtor. We were first time home buyers and he was very knowledgeable and helped explain the process in terms we could understand. Blair did a great job finding listings quick and efficiently to ensure we could see all the houses that we wanted. He would rearrange his schedule to accommodate us, even driving out of town. Kevin and I had an amazing and as stress-free as possible experience despite Terry’s age old saying, “there’s no such thing as stress free real estate”.

We actually met with 3 real estate agents before deciding on teambeckett as we wanted to make the best decision for such a large transaction.
