We started our search for our first home in August 2021 and Sheri showed us countless homes and helped us put in offers on all of the ones we loved. Real estate is actually more a battle than a business.  Doing it yourself is like going unarmed and a poor agent is just as bad.  Terry and Sheri are the equivalent of having a commando team protecting and fighting for you.  They take their business seriously and are better prepared at all times.  They will out research and out negotiate the other side every time.  Even when put in a position of thinking on their feet they will ask the right questions and get the right answers.  We knew more about the house than the listing agents and even the home inspection showed no surprises Terry hadn’t already caught.  They are just that good.

I was very pleased and impressed by how much work Joyce did prepping and staging the house.  She made sure the house sold quickly and paid attention to our request for the closing date and any other requirements I had.

I liked getting all the hint pages explaining each phase of selling process and what to expect.  Most impressive was her guidance through the offers, where she describing each one and how to approach them.

All in all the selling of my house was painless to the point of being enjoyable given it was an estate sale.

On a scale, this real estate is 10/10. They are amazing. We bought in Woodstock and it went so smooth with Joy. She made us feel relaxed and was very observant for everything in the house. Sheri is also so caring and kept us informed with everything. Since moving from the Niagara area, they have helped so much with recommending people that we have needed to get the house in order.
