Joyce took us through a comprehensive pre-sale interview before listing our house.  She also put up a For Sale sign, with the notice “Coming soon” two weeks before it went on the market.  It’s a great way to alert both agents and passersby to the upcoming sale. A complimentary home inspection before listing allowed us to fix a few minor problems that we hadn’t really considered, so that our house could sell with a “free bill of health”. A binder full of information about the home we were selling, notes posted pointing out various features of the house all added to Joyce’s excellent service.

She worked hard, both in selling our previous home and helping us a find our new one.  We really felt that she was on our side.  In fact, our home sold in just 5 days, with two offers on the table!!  She drives a hard bargain… to our advantage!

In finding us a new home, Joyce took us to more than a dozen places to view as “possibles” and within 7 days had found us a “definite, let’s put in an offer.” It was on the second place we saw.  We wanted to be sure, so we viewed +10 more places.  Joyce wasnever impatient or pushy, always pointing out the features of the places we viewed.  She also offered another free home inspection on the new place.  Again, in putting in our offer, Joyce drove a hard bargain… to our advantage.

We also very appreciated Stephanie, Joyce’s home designing associate.  Stephanie was very thorough in walking through our house, pointing out both major and minor improvements we could/should make to make our home more sellable.

We first sat down with Joyce on September 27th, 2013 and by November 1, 2013, we were all done selling and buying. We would definitely recommend Joyce and her team.”
