Back in 2008 I contacted Mr. Blair Patton to help me find a wonderful little home in the Old South area of London. He understood that it was imperative that we find something within a tight budget, close to a primary school for our two daughters, and remain in a neighborhood that we have fallen in love with. Blair’s work was very professional and understanding of our criteria. Within a few short weeks, we had a list of possible locations that fit the bill, and with Blair’s guidance, we closed a deal on a wonderful bungalow just off Baseline Rd. E.
