We met Peter LeBlanc accidently when we were driving around the neighbourhood to check on houses in the London market. He listened and understood our needs, expectations, budget and time frame in buying a house. He stayed in constant contact with us and showed us suitable houses. He was very proactive in contacting potential home owners/agents, collecting information and communicating with us and giving us important information about selected properties. Once we decided to buy our home, he showed his expertise in negotiation and made the whole process of giving the “offer” and “closing “very smooth. We are very happy at our new home and we are very thankful for Peter in helping us to select the most suitable house in a great neighbourhood with a good layout for our family.
