Members of her team included a professional stager and she even supplied us with a staging tips manual that gave good suggestions for arranging furniture etc., in order to show our home to its best advantage. And when we bought Stephanie came over and did a complimentary decorating appointment to help us settle in!

As well, a recognized home inspector pointed out any deficiencies we correct and a professional photographer prepared colour photos and a virtual tour which were displayed in a brochure which described the features of our home.  Our home sold in 7 days.

Joyce vetted buyer inquiries to determine those who were merely “curiosity seekers” and those who were prospective buyers.  Ample notice was given us each time a showing took place, wo we were not unduly inconvenienced and had time to ensure that our home was in tip-top shape for the showing.

In all of the four transactions, there was an offer that we were prepared to accept within a week!  Joyce negotiated small changes on our behalf, and happily, the process came to an end in quick order!
