Pete LeBlanc was a great realtor for my husband and I as we searched for our first home. He set up a search area and when a new house became available that was in our specifications an email notice would come through. Pete was always available to go visit properties that we liked and was prepared with information when we arrived. We felt that he had our best interests in mind when looking at homes. He had a good idea of what problem areas to look for in a house and pointed them out if he saw an issue. Pete has good contacts in the London area and communicated with other agents about homes they had coming up in our desired area. In the end Pete helped us find a great home. He was very helpful in the offer and closing negotiations. Overall we were very happy with Pete’s services, and would recommend him to others. Thanks Pete!! –
