We got your letter Ty – thanks for those moving post cards! – and we just wanted to say how much we appreciate the help you’ve given us. Our experience with Envelope Real-estate and Ty Lacroix, in particular,
was nothing less than comfortable and stress-free (well, as stress-free
as buying a home for the first time can get!). Ty, as an experienced
agent, was very informative and most importantly, intuitive! He was
able to give us as much information as we required, often answering our
questions before we asked, and was thoughtful and conscious of our
priorities.

Ty took the time to get to know my family and made sure that the
properties we viewed reflected our interests. The extra time that he
took to get know us, attributed to the efficient way in which we were
able to find a home together. Ty is not one to sugar coat anything! He
is very forthcoming and had proved that he was on our side throughout
the entire process by telling us exactly how it is. The key point is
that Ty was willing and able to work with us. He was always patient,
resourceful and honest.

Ty had great referrals for a home inspector and a lawyer. His referrals
were particularly helpful, and it was comforting to know that Ty had
worked with these individuals time and time again. The research and
preparation in buying a home can be really overwhelming, and having
someone to guide us, saved us a tremendous amount of time, and left us
with less to worry about.

When it was time to close the deal, Ty was firm and productive. We were
able to reach an agreement with the other party (in our favour) in a
timely manner. His genuine interest in making us happy allowed us to be
comfortable and trusting in his talent and experience.

My family and I will not hesitate to say that we have had an amazing

I just wanted to take the time to share a bit about our experience with doing business with your team. You came recommended to us through a friend at work that you had helped previously. This individual was excited to point us in your direction, as he was so pleased with his experience with your team. Now that we are settled into our new home, we can easily relate.Our mission was to sell our home in Ancaster and purchase a new home in the Woodstock area. Your team agreed to help us with this no matter how long it took. Clearly, you were true to your word as it took nearly 2 years to complete this mission.

In that time, we viewed countless homes and made 3 attempts at properties of choice. It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4^th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home. Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result. When we decided to list our house we had a number of realtors come through and we mostly talked about pricing and closing dates.  When we opted to contact Marianne she came in and talked more about who she thought would want to buy our house.  She also suggested some changes to stage the house to that demographic.  At first we were a little overwhelmed but started taking each room and staging it and ended up really liking it and could clearly see the improvement-hard when you have lived in a house for 27 years to see it through other eyes.  She was patient, helpful, encouraging, confident and always available when we had questions.  We never anticipated selling so quickly even though Marianne was confident that it would sell quickly.  We sold to the exact demographic Marianne had said in the beginning.  She clearly knows what she is doing and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.  She really does work for your best interests!
