After being in our last home we decided to sell and pursue the next phase of life to semi retire , I asked my family and friends and of course Scott was highly recommended, I called him to meet,the rest is truly an amazing history, His kindness , honesty and professionalism was beyond expected . He made every step of the way more comforting and assuring in the sell of our home , the house was sold after one day showing with 2 offers on the table , he did his job so well that we sold above asking price on St Patrick’s day , definitely very blessed , much grateful and hope to work with him in the future , I have 2 adult sons plus many family and friends that will I personally refer Scott Haslett at Sutton Group Preferred . We cannot thank Blair enough in helping us find our perfect first home! While working with Blair, he listened to what we wanted and found us exactly that. We have been living in our new home now for 5 months and are still over the moon with our decision. 
Blair was extremely friendly and personable which made working with him really enjoyable. He was on the ball and sent us possible choices with a follow up text message as soon as they were on the market. He was always free to go see houses within a days notice, sometimes even within the same day! This was really helpful with such a hot market and our difficult schedules. We really appreciated his willingness to help and talk at all hours of the day. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions but Blair made us feel so supported and explained everything with ease and confidence.

We’ve come to learn that without their consistency, knowledge, and genuine thoughtfulness we would have been at a lose.

They made it a top priority to make sure that we understood every single piece of paperwork that was put before us, which made us feel much more comfortable making big decisions. My fiancé and I both walked away with a better understanding of real-estate. They were the definition of professional, but were also invested in keeping things both light and friendly.
