We were thrilled to see the website. The virtual tour looks awesome. We all said that we had forgotten how nice the place really looks and your pictures helped us recall the wonderful features the home really does have.

It was a pleasure meeting you. We appreciated you taking the time out to speak with us. We drove back to Kitchener feeling as though we had some renewed confidence that we could, in fact, sell this home. Thank you for giving that back to us. We were very impressed with your marketing style and approach to the whole sale. Such a difference!

Team Beckett, Terry, Sheri, Terry and Joy, all have their specialized work in the buying, selling process, truly a team effort, were so easy to work with. My wife and I interviewed them to see if they were the right Realtors for us. The interview lasted a good hour and within 5 minutes upon completion we knew they were the ones.

We have had several Realtors over the years but Team Beckett are over and above all of the others by far. They are honest, respectful, hard working, considerate, reliable, prompt and very knowledgeable of the market. We could contact them any time of the day and receive a quick response.

Team Beckett were willing to show us any house we wanted to see, fitting us into their busy schedules. They were very thorough in all aspects of the job from marketing your house, looking at houses, pointing out the good and bad points of the house, to filling out ALL the paperwork involved in real estate.

Buying and selling is a very stressful process but they walked us through it, making it so much easier.

We would definitely work with Team Beckett again, if and when the need arises, and would highly recommend Team Beckett to anyone that has interest in buying or selling a home.

I would really like to thank all the members of Team Beckett and all their help and support they gave me when it came to selling my house.  Team Beckett should consider changing their name to family Beckett Real Estate because it felt more like dealing with an extension of your own family.  I was invited in to their home and immediately felt like a member of the family instead of a client.  Both Terry’s were extremely professional and really explained the whole process of selling a house.  They explained everything from current market trends, evaluations and projections.  They answered all of my questions and I truly felt I made the right decision going forward with team Beckett.  Terry Sr was amazing helping me navigate the negotiation process, and Sheri was superb keeping me updated with the whole sales process.  They really made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident.  I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for an elite real estate team.  I would definitely give Team Beckett two huge thumbs up!!
