That’s a lovely gesture, thank you.  With the on-set of cold weather it’s especially nice to know that there will be some extra food for tables.  Really do appreciate all your work Ty.  My husband can probably attest to the fact that I don’t usually hold back in the feedback department, requested or otherwise, and can normally find room for improvement.   In your case, all I can do is focus on what you did well:

(1)  The first draw was your website… for a newcomer to the London area it is very informative and easy to navigate.

(2) Your response times were very good (when I was first looking for someone to work with emails and phone messages to other realtors wouldn’t be returned for 72 business hours… enough time for me to go buy a house elsewhere!).

(3) Exceptionally low pressure / no contracts etc, like you say on your website but actually true!

(4) Excellent listener and matched needs, even when not vocalized, with the appropriate price point and features.

(5) You demonstrate clear market knowledge.

(6) You’re patient (even with my mother!); and

(7) You sealed the deal with terrific negotiating.

I just wanted to take the time to share a bit about our experience with doing business with your team. You came recommended to us through a friend at work that you had helped previously. This individual was excited to point us in your direction, as he was so pleased with his experience with your team. Now that we are settled into our new home, we can easily relate.Our mission was to sell our home in Ancaster and purchase a new home in the Woodstock area. It was always so reassuring to have you around Terry to ensure no stone was unturned with the properties in which we showed strong interest. It was like having a top-notch home inspector with you all the time. Joy was able to help us with information and perspectives on certain areas and communities throughout Oxford County. Every member of this power ball real-estate team is a wizard in their craft and I’m sure the team will now only be strengthened with Terry JR. learning the ropes.He will make an excellent 4^th member as he has great mentors and also shares the name Beckett. The bottom line is your team is very easy and pleasant to work with. Every transaction was seamless and you all did so much to ensure this was a positive experience for us. We felt that your team went above and beyond the normal duties of regular agents for us. One example of many, would be the fact that you would offer to take care of our little Nora for us when our attention was needed to complete things like a home inspection. Sheri, you truly are the baby whisperer. We were also impressed with how you would always personally sit down with a seller to present an offer on our behalf. That personal touch can do so much. We felt that your team worked with a strong moral backbone and that you valued what was right above all. This made us very comfortable and we felt that we could trust you. Trust,has got to be one of the most important things when you are making such a large purchase. In addition, the support you continue to offer after the completion of this transaction has been great. Technically your responsibilities ended with us getting our keys but clearly, that is not how your team works. It’s nice to have you check in as you have to make sure all is good with us and our new home. Since we have moved in, we have met some of our neighbors and have made some new friends as a result. It is becoming clear that Sweaburg is indeed a close nit neighborhood and people seem to look out for each other here.We are happy to be in a safe and friendly place for Nora to grow up.
