    (1)  The first draw was your website… for a newcomer to the London area it is very informative and easy to navigate.

    (2) Your response times were very good (when I was first looking for someone to work with emails and phone messages to other realtors wouldn’t be returned for 72 business hours… enough time for me to go buy a house elsewhere!).

    (3) Exceptionally low pressure / no contracts etc, like you say on your website but actually true!

    Thank you for finding this young family (that immigrated from South Africa) our home to start putting down roots in our new adventure!

Thank you for answering our very many questions, not only about the houses but also about “how you do it in Canada”. Thank you for all the offers and reviewed offers you put together for us. And for your kindness in how you told us when they were not accepted. But thank you for encouraging us in our persistence, and going along with us in our final crazy find…and getting us our dream home!

    Nathan so enjoyed when “Michael is going to be there”. Thank you for your patience and care with him as well, making a tedious task for a toddler something fun to look forward to. We loved hearing about the fun you have with your granddaughter, as well as all the interesting sites you have seen in nature.
