Recently, my partner and I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Joy Paul and Team Beckett to find and purchase our house. It took us 2 months and approximately 25 walk throughs to find our perfect home. The team were amazingly supportive and had the utmost patience with us, constantly giving us reassurance that the right house would come along, however discouraged we became. They sent us new prospective homes meeting the criteria we had outlined almost every day for weeks, and were always a call or text away to answer questions, book appointments, or just to discuss new needs or concerns. Their customer first attitude and overall knowledge of the industry gave us the confidence we needed in our realtor to ultimately become the owners of the house of our dreams. In our experience, Team Beckett is very aptly named – a true team for sure!  Each person has a unique role and together, they function as a super efficient machine.  At the same time, they are able to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and approach ability.  Sheri’s response time was always above our expectations.  Joy’s attention to detail when viewing prospective properties was invaluable.  And Terry’s knowledge of the market and overall industry gave us confidence as we relied heavily on his advice and guidance while making important decisions through the process.  We were particularly impressed with the volume of information and detail they provided to us.  They presented several options we could consider as we planned whether or not to sell or rent a property and purchase another.  Of the three agents we interviewed, it was obvious to us that they had spent the most time researching and preparing their presentation.
