Agent(s):When we decided to list our house we had a number of realtors come through and we mostly talked about pricing and closing dates. When we opted to contact Marianne she came in and talked more about who she thought would want to buy our house. She also suggested some changes to stage the house to that demographic. At first we were a little overwhelmed but started taking each room and staging it and ended up really liking it and could clearly see the improvement-hard when you have lived in a house for 27 years to see it through other eyes. She was patient, helpful, encouraging, confident and always available when we had questions. We never anticipated selling so quickly even though Marianne was confident that it would sell quickly.
