5 stars aren’t nearly enough to rate the performance of Pete LeBlanc and his partner Sue LeBlanc. It’s difficult and stressful enough to sell your home at the best of times. However, I live across the country in British Columbia. My home was rented and the tenants did over $10,000 in damages to the place. I had to do a lot of work on the house before I could even sell it. Try doing THAT when you’re not close! 🙂 Pete and Sue stepped in and saved the day. He ran the show, found people to do the work and negotiated good deals for me. He also made sure the work got done and (with his builder/construction knowledge) he made sure things were done properly. Sue was instrumental in wrapping up the final by helping to ensure the house was presentable for showing. I simply could not have accomplished all that without that dynamic team. Then, in trying to sell this condominium in a slow market they had to draw on their creative side and come up with several “out of the box” thinking strategies to market my property. When the offer came in, Pete once again stepped up and demonstrated his superb negotiating skills. Throughout all of this Peter spent time talking with me so as to make me feel like I was his only client (although I am quite certain that is not the case). With his positive outlook and infectious personality, this transaction went as smooth as could be expected. Even considering I’m on the other side of the country, we’ve successfully worked together before and as far as I am concerned, with this dynamic duo on board, there is no one else to work with that can compare.
